At Carbon Bike Specialists, we begin each repair with an ultrasound test. This enables us to check for additional damage on your frame. If there is additional damage our team will reach out to you to discuss options. We never work on a bike unless we are 100% sure we can make it road worthy again. Next our engineers layup and align the highest quality carbon fiber by hand in order to assure that each frame has optimal strength and flexibility when finished. Finally, we profile and polish the area so that your frame looks great no matter which finish option you choose.

After
Raw Carbon
A raw carbon finish will show off your new repair without paint. It will be profiled and smoothed and be a great conversation starter on your next ride.
After
Repair and Restore
Once your bike is repaired, our team will meticulously color match your frame and proceed with three or more coats of paint, including base, main, and top coat, to restore and protect your newly repaired area. After our paint restoration service, your frame will look like it was never damaged.

Aluminum bikes
last an average of 5 to 10 years while
Carbon bikes can last forever.

Carbon frames
are made of patches of carbon, not one piece in a mold. So once a carbon frame is repaired it's just as structurally sound as it was originally.

Re-Cycle
Our mission is to improve the sustainability of the cycling world. That's why we've created Re-Cycle, a program in which we buy broken and unused frames that would otherwise end up in landfills. We repair and paint them to give them a second life. Here’s how it works: send us photos and a description of your frame, we’ll send you a fair offer, and once you ship it to us, you get paid for doing something good for the planet. Get started HERE.
